WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Equity. How Institute will allow leaders to focus in and develop a plan for addressing a challenge they have with Equity. How’s support. Participating educators will also become part of an ongoing learning community that will act as thought partners and create accountability. This course assumes a basic level of understanding of issues of equity; for example, you may have taken college courses around race or gender. Schools will be best served by sending a team of leaders, shared leaders, and/or teachers to build capacity within school teams to lead and implement their plan.
